Elmira College requires all students to go out in the community and help. I have volunteered at many facilities during my four years here, and I think I enjoyed going to Stray Haven the most. For hours I would sit and pet cats that needed more human interactment. The staff were friendly and just loved having people come in and interact with the cats.
